Grazie Elio, ho fatto qualche prova di scrivere una eprom, ma il mio programmatore non ha problemi a leggere, ma a scrivere fa qualche errore nelle prime due-tre locazioni e così poi non funziona nulla.

What is the difference from 4.01 to 5.00 ??

Is better use 4.01 or 5.0 ?

Se vuoi quando passo da quelle parti (non prima di Pasqua) mi porto dietro il programmatore...

Ciao Elio , perché non scrivere direttamente la v5 di Spesat ( sempre che Spesat si d'accordo ) .... e poi fare una copia per tutti i possessori del E600 ...?
sarebbe bello ... cosi avremmo tutti la versione più aggiornata ...

Eccolo che subito vuole sostituire anche quì la eprom secondo me hai soldi da buttare
Aspetta che faccia la prova io, perchè le eprom V.5 hanno anche delle variazioni che riguardano i moduli ibridi, che nei modelli più recenti, sono stati modificati, per cui non è detto che nei vecchi modelli questo sia un vantaggio, anzi. Devo sentire il parere di Elio, devo girargli un documento e poi sentire cosa ne pensa.

Eprom V.5 also changes regarding hybrid modules, which in the most recent models, have been modified, so it is said that in old models this is an advantage, indeed. I have to hear the opinion of eliocor, I revolve a document and then to hear what he think.

I have a TL866CS programmer and i see the configuration of the VPP Voltage and VDD write Voltage is critical.
Difference of more then 0,25V and the programming is fail.
I have not tested, i have not eproms at home this type.
The Atmel Type have a config: VCC 6,5V and VPP 13,0V for programming.
The AMD Type have a config: VCC 6,25V and VPP 12,75V for programming.
My programmer can config to VPP 12,5V or 13,50V and VCC 6,25V.
Can not config my programmer to VPP 12,75V.
The difference can +/- 0,25V...

Hello,

here the firmware file from my E600 eprom Version 4.02.
I see i have the 4.02 version not the 4.01.
Used a minipro TL866CS programmer.

The Eprom is a ATMEL type AT27C512R-15PI
The file:

Atmel sheet:

usually it is a AMD used for the E600.
Already an upgrade performed?
