Hello everyone!
Hello everyone!
My name is Andrey and I live in Ukraine. I am interesting in radiation.
I have a soundcard-based spectrometer (analog of Theremino pmt adapter or Gammaspectacular adapter plus NaI detector).
Some time ago I bought used PDS100G Spectrometric Personal Radiation Detector By Mirion Technologies and now I am looking software and documentation for it.

Hi BOPOH, I didn't know boron in ukrainan was written so, I was thinking instead of 'БОРОН', but maybe you are referring to 'raven', right?
The funny thing is that you used latin charachters for your name...
Welcome aboard!!!!
P.S.: I was thinking about "бору": it is a particular material (10B) used to detect neutrons!
P.P.S.: BTW, in the next days I'll receive one of those devices: I have already posted the manual in its specific thread

All UPPERCASE letters in my nickname are indistinguishable from Cyrillic letters, but they are pronounced differently.

The same approach is used in car registration plate. Cyrillic letters like Ж Щ aren't used, only letters having the same graphical representation in Cyrillic and Latin are allowed.
You are right referring to 'raven', but you are slightly wrong in writing cyrillic letters.
You have solved the mystery!
Thanks!Welcome aboard!!!!
10B is "бор" (only 3 letters).P.S.: I was thinking about "бору": it is a particular material (10B) used to detect neutrons!
Thanks againg. I saw your post.P.P.S.: BTW, in the next days I'll receive one of those devices: I have already posted the manual in its specific thread

Please take care that I have never studied Russian or Ukrainian language, so my knowledge is more than approximate!

You pointed out very accurately "Location: Europe" in your profile. I am thinking about much smaller area "221b Baker street"eliocor ha scritto:Please take care that I have never studied Russian or Ukrainian language, so my knowledge is more than approximate!
