here my Qsafe and Nissei pocket scintillators.

Nissei Radcounter DC-100 with CsI (TI) weight 62 gramm
Qsafe QSF 104 scintillator CsI (TI) weight 140 gramm
The Qsafe have in 1h 15000 counts. See picture.
My background is 0,13 uSv/h
The Qsafe have a gamma sensitivity over 2000cpm/uSv/h

The gamma sensitivity from DC-100 is unknown.
No technical data.

I read a background with Nissei DC-100 0.05uSv/h - 0,07uSv/h
The Qsafe QSF104 read 0,12uSv/h - 0,13 uSv/h. and 260 cpm

Background:
DC-100 0,05-0,07uSv/h
Qsafe Qsf104 0,12 usv/h and 256cpm


Test with a AM241 pill from a smoke detector protected in a thin plastic housing.
DC-100 0,07uSv/h - 0,09uSv/h have not display for read cpm, not sensitive Am241 gamma ??
Qsafe Qsf104 3,80 usv/h and 8150cpm

Test with LU176
DC-100 0,06 uSv/h - 0,07 uSv/h
Qsafe Qsf104 0,46 uSv/h 980cpm

Test with CS137 spark gap tube
DC-100 0,42 uSv/h device is working. very high response, with a counter with SBM20 tube i read 0,27 - 0,32uSv/h !
Qsafe Qsf104 0,28 uSv/h 615cpm

Test with a gas mantle Thorium
DC-100 0,88 uSv/h , with a counter with SBM20 tube i read 0,64uSv/h with gamma filter
Qsafe Qsf104 0,73 uSv/h 1580cpm

The Qsafe range: 50kev - 6Mev

The QSF-104 model comes from korea.
The DC-100 from Japan.

The sensor of QSF104 is shock resistant.
The sensor of DC-100 is not shock resistant.

If I knock more with the finger on the CsI (TI) sensor of dc-100,
then the value is clearly upwards.
QSF104 have not this problem.

According to the manufacturer, it is possible to detect 100 BQ CS137.

Here the interesting manual for qsf104 with measurement technical details for this device.

There is a new model that QSF104XE.
It has an external larger CsI (TI) unit.

The QSF104XE have a gamma sensitivity : 6000cpm/uSv/h !
My modell: 2000cpm/uSv/h.
